In our organisation we plan to use GuiXT. We need to set two registry keys:

The first one to activate the GuiXT:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SAP\SAPGUI Front\SAP Frontend

Server\Customize]

"GuiXT"=dword:00000001

The second one to hide menu options:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SAP\SAPGUI Front\SAP Frontend

Server\Administration]

"DisappearItems"="Activate GuiXT"

Is there a way to employ machine settings instead of user settings?

Sorry, these registry keys are maintained and interpreted by SAP GUI so that we cannot change them to machine settings.

Perhaps you could use a Windows logon script to set the options for each user?
