Removing entries in a drop down list: Is there a way to remove entries in an SAP drop down list? Our users need only 2 of the existing 12 entries.

You cannot remove entries in the exsiting field. Instead, delete the SAP drop down list and create your own one with the "DropDownList" command, referring to the SAP field. For details see the DropDownList documentation.
