We use local value help, e.g. for payment conditions in FI-AR. This works well. We now want to use this in a Citrix Metaframe environment. Is this possible? And can we store local value help in SAP web repository?
In a CITRIX Metaframe environment you can use local value help in the same way as with local SAP GUI installations. Either put the files in a shared directory, or in the web repository. For example, in GuiXT profile you set

Domains SAPWR:ZGUIXTVAL

In the web repository you then import the files

ZGUIXTVAL.DOMTEXT.E.TXT

ZGUIXTVAL.DOM.BUKRS.E.TXT

....

and so on.

We currently have no utility for mass import in SAP web repository. For many files, one could use a suitable InputScript. For best performance, use the "VersionNumber" statement (see documentation) to minimize web repository requests both for scripts and for value help files.
