Data Migration – Visit Reports

SAP currently does not provide comprehensive tools for automatically migrating existing visit reports from the SD-CAS module to the CRM Add-on for S/4HANA.

If historical visit reports need to be transferred to the new environment, Synactive can offer project-based support. Using a set of customized GuiXT scripts, existing visit data can be extracted and transferred into the new S/4HANA CRM structure.

This solution is ideal for companies that:

require a complete history of customer activities in S/4HANA,
need access to legacy data for sales analytics and reporting,
or must comply with legal data retention policies.

Synactive provides a set of GuiXT scripts that enable automated migration of visit reports from SD-CAS to the S/4HANA CRM Add-on.
The scripts support the transfer of activities, texts, partners, attachments, and classifications in a structured manner.
