CIS mobile allows the administrator to define default selection parameters for different lists and views. These parameters ensure that the displayed data is tailored to a user's role or responsibility, and they optimize the performance by reducing unnecessary data volume. Default Sales Area Selection For various data lists such as customer search, contacts, inquiries, quotations, orders, contracts, complaints, and service notifications, you can predefine valid combinations of:

These help further refine the result sets shown to the user. Filter Options for End Users In addition to back-end default values, filter controls can be activated for users. This allows selection of data based on the creator ("Erfasser") or even viewing entries created by other colleagues. These filters appear as dropdowns in the list header and improve transparency and collaboration across teams.
