List Length
In CIS mobile, the maximum number of entries directly displayed in overview lists (e.g., customers, inquiries, quotations, orders) can be individually configured. This helps to optimize loading times and ensure a clear layout – especially on mobile devices with smaller screens.

Configuration Options
  • Maximum number of immediately displayed customers, inquiries, quotations, orders: Specifies how many entries should be displayed by default in the respective list. If this number is exceeded, a navigation element appears to allow stepwise display of additional results (e.g., “Next”, “Previous”, “All”).
  • For mobile devices: A separate setting that applies when a user accesses CIS mobile via a smartphone or tablet. A reduced value can be set here to improve performance and simplify the display.

Behavior in the Application

This limitation primarily affects the "My Customers" overview, where many entries may be aggregated – for example, all customers and their orders assigned to a user through roles or customer lists.

If the total number of results exceeds the configured threshold, a pagination system will automatically be shown. This allows users to browse through the results or display all entries.

This ensures that CIS mobile remains responsive and clearly structured even when handling large datasets – both on desktop and mobile devices.
