Standard Search Defaults

In CIS mobile, administrators can define default values for various search filters to simplify user interaction. These settings help limit the number of results and predefine useful criteria, particularly for customer searches.

The settings are configured under the section Default values search in the administration interface. Once set, these values are automatically applied when a user opens the search screen.

The following options are available:

Maximum number of customers: Limits the result set size (e.g., 100).
Country: Preselects a specific country, e.g., DE for Germany.
Industry code (SGF): Filters by industry sector, e.g., 0001.
Deletion flag: Filters whether deleted customers are shown (0 = not marked for deletion).
Delivery block: Filters based on delivery status (e.g., * = all).
Article search default (for inquiries): Optional predefined search text for articles.

These defaults help users get more accurate and faster search results without having to set the filters manually each time.
