📋 Chapter: User Status

In CIS mobile, configuration allows administrators to define which user status from the SAP system corresponds to each phase of a service order. The user status is a customer-defined additional status used to indicate progress, control visibility, trigger actions, or display visual indicators (colors, icons, etc.).


🔧 Configurable Parameters for User Status
Parameter Description
User Status "Received" Assigned to newly created or unassigned orders (e.g., DIS2)
User Status "Accepted" Set when a technician accepts the order (e.g., INPR)
User Status "In Progress" Indicates that the order is actively being worked on (e.g., TCOM)
User Status "Completed" Set after a successful confirmation to mark the order as done (e.g., COM1, COM2, COM3)
User Status "Review" Used for quality checks or post-processing (e.g., REVI)
User Status "Reserved" Indicates that an order is prepared but not yet scheduled (e.g., DEFA)
User Status "Canceled" Used for rejected or canceled orders (e.g., STOR)

💡 Usage in the Application
  • Orders in the task list or planning board can be filtered by user status.
  • Status changes can occur automatically (e.g., after confirmation) or be adjusted manually by the user.
  • User statuses often influence color coding, icons, and editability.
