📋 Chapter: Order Types

In the service module of CIS mobile, various order types from SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Sales and Distribution (SD) are used. The configuration defines which of these types are displayed, processed, or handled for special use cases – for example in the planning board, the mobile task list, or during confirmations.

Planning Board: Order Types List of all order types displayed in the planning board Controls which operations are shown and available for dispatching
Order Types for Task List Restricts which order types are visible in the mobile app Useful for role-based filtering
Order Type – Special Events Order types marked with colors or symbols For highlighting escalations or priority cases
Order Type – Absence Confirmation Special order type for reporting vacation, illness, etc. Used in the confirmation screen
Customer Order Type for Spare Parts e.g. TA: order created automatically during spare part request Enables SD integration
Customer Order Type for Consignment Returns e.g. KA Used for handling consignment stock returns

  • Service type for travel time: e.g. FZ
  • Flat rate travel services by order/maintenance type: e.g. SM02:003=F
  • Absence service type group: e.g. ZABW_1000

  • Additional service types: Any freely definable additions
