📋 Section: Planning Board
The planning board is a separate Windows-based application used for real-time dispatching of service
orders.
While it is not part of the native CIS mobile HTML interface, its configuration is managed within
the CIS mobile system –
particularly to define which orders, filters, and refresh intervals should apply.
Key Features of the Planning Board
- Graphical scheduling of service orders along a timeline
- Technician-based or workplace-based planning
- Display of order details such as customer, equipment, time slots, and status
- Direct editing and rescheduling of orders

coordinators.
