On the one hand, different types can be created, e.g. a telephone call, email correspondence or personal meetings. On the other hand, freely selected attributes can be defined and used per report. These can specify the interactions with the customer in more detail, for example by pre-selecting discussed topics. This allows a later evaluation and analysis of the data.
Configuration in CIS mobile
In the configuration, the contact types that can be selected by the user are defined as well as the associated editable texts. SAP classification is used for the additional attributes.
You can determine whether only the employees assigned to a customer can be selected as responsible employees in a contact.
